My name is Megan Bates. I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I attend Henderson State University. My major is Middle School (Math/Science). This year at Henderson I finally got to take classes that are not just basic classes.
My family is kind of big. My mom name is Kelly Bates and my dad name is Terry Bates. They are both very loving parents I do not know where I would be with out them. I have one sister and two brothers. My sisters name is Missy McKibben she lives in Orlando, Flordia. She is also married to Andrew McKibben and they have two children Mia and Mason McKibben. My brothers names are Tyler and Matthew Bates. Tyler is attending his last year at UCA. Matthew is still in high school at Cutter Morning Star. Last year my last to grandmas passed away. They both taught me lessons that will be with me for the rest of my life.
I want to enter the field of education because when I was younger my grandma taught a Kindergarten class. She not only taught her class but she helped me to. I want to help students the way she helped all of her students. My passion is to help each student to the best of my ability. Also to try my hardest to not let a student down.
I love being outside and playing any sport. Especially in the summer. Also in the summer I like being on the lake or at the ocean just relaxing.
My Blog is going to be about my life. Stuff that has happened I will try and relate everything I talk about to a life lesson that everyone can learn from. If its not something that I learned from it will be about something that my closes friends have learned from. I hope you enjoy my blog.
